What you try to say Authoritatively is fair for you but for me Sierra direct is not working with Transact and need refund . I subscribed Transact data feed out of frustration . Sierra retains Trading customer of Transact with Sierra direct but upgradation of Software creates all issues . Refund all the data feed charges and close the Topic is the best available solution as of now
