. It was not rolled back to prior version .
Therefore, tell us exactly what you did.

If you had run another older installation of Sierra Chart from a different folder than where you were previously currently using it, then you would be accessing an older version and your files would not be present there because this folder is different than what you normally were using before. This is one possible explanation.

. I opted for Transact market data as Sierra direct became useless all of a sudden with this upgrade . But releasing upgrades to trading account partners is not correct . I have email exchange and phone conversations records to prove this . I was relieved and helped finally by Transact with Sierra charts 1915 version cos latest version of Sierra charts are not working with them

First, none of this is true. This is a basic fact. We helped one user today with Transact who is using a Transact provided Sierra Chart, who is running version 1971 and earlier they were running version 1964. They had one issue where there was a mixed case with GCZ9 and they were not receiving real-time data for this symbol. We had to do a case insensitive comparison to resolve that. That was resolved on the telephone. We made a change and we did release all within 20 minutes. That is how we do things.

And we have other users, on Transact, running versions later than 1941. The current version is 1967.

We would been able to help you much better than Transact and we will do that once we are aware of situations like this. Did Transact help you get your files back? Did you or they do something to cause your files to be actually lost like deleting the Sierra Chart installation folder? If so, then they really are lost assuming you do not have a backup.

Otherwise, they still are present. Did they help you get you back on version 1941? That is a very simple procedure. You just run the installer and install Sierra Chart to C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransactMA if you are using a Sierra Chart account through Transact, and specify the version to install as 1941. We are not critical of Transact but we know our software best.
