I have cancelled with lot of reluctance Sierra direct as I am hardcore fan of Sierra and advocate to many to use this . But releasing upgrades to trading account partners is not correct . I have email exchange and phone conversations records to prove this . I was relieved and helped finally by Transact with Sierra charts 1915 version cos latest version of Sierra charts are not working with them
