Opted for Transact Market data as sierra direct was hanging with Transact with error .

I tried to roll back to prior version but Sierra chart took me to some old version dated Sep 2018 .
This does not make sense. We do not know what you did. You are not going to have some kind of random problem like this. This is completely impossible. You can control specifically what version you want to get back to:
