We work with Transact closely, and when we released the support for the new websocket connection and removed the old bridge connection, this was with the very clear understanding, that the websocket connection was ready for actual use by the users. There was never any doubt about this.

Could you advise how many billable hours (at $50/hr) it would take to restore the legacy TA bridge connection to future versions as a backup?

Would like to go direct with Sierra, but can't justify it until this whole data issue is resolved.
