Latest version is not compatible with Transact and they advised to download version 1915 and below . Received 1915 version and working fine . Opted for Transact Market data as sierra direct was hanging with Transact with error . After upgrading to latest version , I tried to roll back to prior version but Sierra chart took me to some old version dated Sep 2018 . Lesson learned not only now but in the past too is that We should never upgrade to Sierra chart in market hours or after market hours to loose sleep in my personal experience ,although Sierra chart is the best in this world according to me
