Still on v1941 and wishing to update Sierra but still trade via the charts with TransAct.
Enquired today with TA re status of web socket connection and received the following reply via email:
"We are unsure when you will be able to upgrade to the most recent version. That will depend on Sierras IT personnel’s ability to sync the two platforms."
Other posts I have seen on this board indicate Sierra are blaming TA for inability to allow live trading.
Please try to progress this matter.
