This is something that we really cannot help with. It is not within our control. At least not easily. We think the explanation for this is the other program is using a different Rithmic server. Probably closer to your location.

You can control the server through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings>> Service Setting >> Server from within Sierra Chart.
