For some reason my charts stopped updating a few days ago; when I exit the program and then start up again the latest data is exhibited but then once again it will not begin updating; I'm not aware that I did anything to cause this. I get a message "windows error code:126" I've tried to correct that problem myself but I was unable to do so. I writing now to request specific information as to how I can correct this myself. I await your response. If I still cannot do it myself I'll request a phone call. Perhaps you will note that I have been a loyal customer for years and I have very infrequently asked for assistance. |
