After I registered for the platform fee for receiving historical data, I was unable to connect successfully using my sierra chart software and the connection status shows in red color. I am unable to download and display the historical data. The message log shows the following: "Current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help' >> Account Control Panel'
to change your package. How should I solve the problem? Thanks.
