I am on SC v 1940 and have no problem placing trades with TransAct via the bridge connection. Does anyone know if it is now possible to trade with TransAct via the web socket connection? Not as of today, 7/18. I tried to upgrade to Sierra Chart current version 1952 and was not able to connect after the upgrade. Only the Web Socket option was available. Transact confirmed it is not working. I was told by Transact to reinstall version 1941, using a special download tool.
