We have not heard before anyone having trouble closing a nonvisible dialog with the Escape key. The resource issue is not related to memory or CPU usage. It is some other resource issue within the operating system. We will get this resolved but it is not likely until the end of the year. Very sad such a problem exists in the Windows operating system.
