We are not certain we fully understand the initial question of filtering the numbers, but if you are asking to only display certain values, then no, this is not directly supported.

But, what you can do is to use the Text Coloring Method setting to control the coloring for the numbers, and then anything that is in a certain range could have the color set to the same as the background. Note that this is the same for highlighting above a certain value.

We have attached a Study Collection that has a Numbers Bars study that displays Total Volume numbers in Column 1 and the Volume Profile in Column 2. If a volume is below 500, it is drawn as black, which is the same as my background color (you may need to change this). If a number is greater than 1500, then it is drawn as either Purple or Orange, depending on whether it is an up or down bar. This should help you configure the display as you want it.
