We want you to close all chartbooks with File >> Close All Chartbooks.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Open an Intraday chart for this symbol:
@ESU19

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

If the chart is updating but the actual timestamp of the last trade, is behind about 10 or 15 minutes, we do not see how we can help with this.
