Reference post # 3 where I show that file download was and had been "disabled", We checked and it was not disabled on the Sierra Chart account used to post, post #10. That is the problem. It needs to have been disabled on that particular account.Disabling file downloads on the Sierra Chart account which is used to authorize custom studies for a particular user, does not affect the user account the files are downloaded to.
