First thing is to select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download when you have that chart active. Refer to the following for any help you may need with this:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download

This will force the data to redownload from your source and should take care of the problem. If you still have an issue, repost an image using the following instructions. It is important for us to be able to see all the information on the screen so we can analyze what might be happening:
