There is no way to ignore the alert in the manner that you have asked about - such as selecting a bar and excluding it. It is possible to do, but it is a bit of work, although once you have it setup it is pretty easy to copy and update. You would just need to exclude the time period for the particular bar as part of the Alert condition.
