Hi,

I've just added the Sierra data two week trial and I'm not seeing the "[M]" following the exchange on any chart. In the instructions it says I should contact support and that symbol mapping will need to be set up by support. I don't see this on any symbol that I'm using which includes:

YMU9-CBOT, ESU9-CME, NQU9-CME, RTYU9-CME, ZNU9-CBOT, ZBU9-CBOT, 6JU9-CME, GCQ9-COMEX, CLQ9-NYMEX, 6BU9-CME, 6EU9-CME.

I think that's it for the futures symbols.

I think I set everything up exactly as instructed. The "[M]" does appear just after you pull the software up but disappears shortly after.

I also use cash mkt symbols like AD line and Net Vol. Are these part of the Sierra data service?

Please help.
