This is a very helpful documentation page, thank you! One suggestion I would make is that you should probably add a note to the listed steps of troubleshooting informing users that the Automatic file Download needs to be disabled from the Account Control Page. If it's not disabled, the copied of all .DLL files will be downloaded again on the restart of Sierra Charts. Hence, all custom studies will get loaded again and cause the same problem. After the troubleshooting is done and the .dll file causing an error is identified the automatic file download on restart can be enabled again. |
