My trade activity log shows a trade in the EURO that I categorically did not place (See attached).

The position shows as "restored" from data on CQG's server and was placed at 4:14am, a time when I would not have been trading. I had zero standing orders in the market.

What is my recourse?
How can I demonstrate that this trade was incorrectly credited to my account?
What should I do next?
