I really wish you and CQG would be able to talk to each other. As customers of both, we are stuck in the middle.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you. You must reach out to Sierra Charts for troubleshooting.

Your data connection is to Sierra Charts. We provide data to them. You do not have a connection to CQG.
You have a connection to Sierra.

I'm sorry if this is unfavorable news, however, CQG does not support Sierra Charts data connectivity issues.
