This has been added as an additional selection in the Display Volume in Bars Input for the Volume by Price study and is available in the current Pre-Release. The name of the new option is Diagonal Ask Volume - Bid Volume. The only difference between this and the one above it in the list - Diagonal Ask Vol Bid Vol Difference is that the calculation is always performed as Ask - Bid, which results in the same values diagonally from each other, as opposed to negatives of each other.
