We think there is probably memory allocation errors going on which would be displayed in the Window >> Message Log. Reduce the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Days to Load setting to 1 and see if that resolves the issue. But actually that would not really explain this because in that particular case none of the historical market depth data would be loaded. However, nevertheless do what we say and see if it changes anything.

Are there any ongoing error messages displayed in the Window >> Message Log?
