The basic solution is you just need to set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time to a time in the present day when the position was flat for the symbol and Trade Account. Daily PL is the same field as Net PL except it does not include the open profit/loss. We will make that clear in the documentation. Also we would not expect any broker/firm to be particularly nice or helpful in regards to supporting the order routing service we have, if they don't support it or it's not in their interest to support it.
