You should not be having the problem you are stating. The Market Depth Historical Graph is always drawn before any other studies, so any studies that are placed on the chart are drawn above the Market Depth Historical Graph, as opposed to following the order in which the studies are displayed in the Studies to Graph list. The link to the image below is of one of our charts with the Moving Average, Zig Zag, and Market Depth Historical Graph studies listed in that order in the Charts to Graph list.
