Hey I also had the same problem and talked with BitMex (they couldn't help me and said contact SierraChart - haha).

Just want to say I encountered the problem because I filled up the Api Key value as 'APIKey' (as per the instructions on their image) but finally connected to the service when it changed it to the unique API ID string eg. 'a9ovY8C0YP5xG42pkGCf' found in your account page. The other settings are your API Secret key which you only get once when you create your API key, and the rest of the settings are the same as per instructions. Hope this helps someone!
