We did look at the Message Log and we noticed a disconnection with CQG and we document this here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Frequent Server Disconnections when Using CQG

After that we noticed a disconnection to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed server. So if you are losing connections to both, then this would indicate some network connectivity issue between your system and these servers. There is not anything we can do on our side to help.
