The system tries to put the studies into the regions that they were in when you saved the Study Collection. Therefore, get everything setup the way you want to see it, including having the Main Price Graph in Region 3, then save the Study Collection. The next time you apply the Study Collection to a chart that has the Main Price Graph in Region 3, it should be correct. Note that if have different Charts organized differently and you are trying to use the same Study Collection, then you will probably have the same problem.
