I have same issue with v1908 and confirm it is due to the fact that in Global Settings / Symbol Settings all my commission values were reset to zero after the update.
Re-entering commission values in Symbol Settings corrected the Trade Activity Log. These values hold correctly after closing and re-opening Sierra.
Agree with Konrad this is a chore.
Please investigate and try to prevent recurrence on future updates.
