Hello, I tried to order SPXS today and received the following message. “Symbol Error - (unknown symbol with ID 1188) is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. The contract description specified for SPXS is ambiguous. | 2019-04-18 11:21:46” The order appears on the chart but does not fill, and when I cancel the order on the chart I get another message that the order cannot be cancelled because it was not found. I went to Chart Settings and clicked Apply Global Symbol Settings and that did not fix the problem. All other symbols I trade work fine just this one has the error. |
