We can only partially see the error but looks like a domain name resolution error on your side. The zip installer does not have any Chartbook's so there is no chance of any overwriting from that installer of Chartbook's. You have to make your own decision about the Chartbook names. We really do not fully uunderstand what you are doing and what you intend. Just use common sense in regards to Chartbook naming.
