Thanks. The button does work just as described. I completely understand that the window placement is an operating system issue, but it is still an issue and it could be alleviated by allowing all windows to be docked. One use case is wanting to have an overview SC instance appear on all workspaces. Currently, one has to set this for every window in all the chartbooks. If all windows could be docked it would be possible to sign up for a second or third SC connection and then just set the one overview window to appear everywhere. Another case where it would be handy to have all SC windows under the control of SC, rather than the OS, is the (perhaps unusual) situation of having to occasionally switch a monitor to be controlled by a different machine. Turning off a monitor necessarily causes havoc on the placement of windows. The ability to dock all windows is a low priority request. It is easy to work around but it would be nice...someday...in the distant future.
