We apologize for the delay. We have done yesterday a reconfiguration of the servers used by this order routing service. This is why you cannot connect to the UAT system. This issue does not affect live trading. We will have this resolved for UAT after the close today.

This service also requires the use of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to receive the real-time data. We see your account does not currently have that active. So you would have to activate that. Here is the relevant documentation and instructions:

Additionally please take note of the following:

Understand, that there is a difference between the actual exchange real-time data and the pricing in the UAT environment. So you are going to see that orders fill at different prices and orders do not fill when expected. But it is a good test to check the transmission of orders.
