I just opened acct w Sierra. I opened my acct with IB, had a wonderful tech guy install my trading platform, signed up for the live data, paid the cme $6 a month for data, and when I open my Sierra acct I get a correct green banner. I get the Interactive Brokers name on top, I have check the data all port numbers are correct, and the chart initially comes up correct. BUT THEN IT JUST SITS THERE no updates and the data is about 10 min delayed...so what is wrong. Again, I am green connected and have checked settings.
