i have just downloaded the software. I am really stupid so I apologize ahead of time. I am playing with the charts and realise that since I logged on the charts are not updating. YES I know there is a 15 min lag, but right now nothing is updating. Second, I just opened an acct at IB so I can get data. Is it correct I cannot get live data until the funds clear at IB.
