You know what? i think i do know why this may have happened. that other account was likely created when i tried using Transact to get SC routed through my Transact account. i didn't like how that worked so i went back to having my own private account. the other account (via transact) likely caused the message i received. so when i clicked on the link that was presented it took me to that other account. i replenished that account not knowing it was a dormant account. can you please make sure that doesn't happen again? I'm currently logged into my active account. i'm not sure if these messages are secure (not public) so i won't verify the account name/number unless you need me to. |
