SC, My account is coming up for renewal. i had an existing account balance of only $0.36 (i believe that's what it was, could be mistaken on the exact amount). my renewal amount is 285.12 so i added 285.00 to my account to allow for the renewal. However, my new balance is now only 285. why was the existing balance simply over-written and not added too? Can you please look into it and make the necessary correction? if you can simply adjust it to $285.12 that would be fine. i'm not concerned with the 20 or so cents, just want to be sure there's no lapse in service. |
