Neither my Live data nor Demo data is loading this evening. At least last night my Demo data was loading. I called GAIN and spoke with Melissa. She couldn't shed any light on the issue, said the GAIN trade desk didn't have any other reports of issues, and referred me to post on on Sierra Support Board. I'm getting a "connection error message from service: GAIN Capital/ OEC/ Invalid user name or password." I traded today. Data was working. I followed instructions about trying to reconnect by going to File/ Connect to Data Feed. Didn't produce results. |
