Replying to previous query. [Posts: 70136] I turned off my McAfee firewall -- but I still have this problem. I have been using Sierra successfully for months. I am suddenly having this problem. I see the error message that "the target machine actively refused" the connection. Can you give me any other guidance why my system would suddenly do that? The problem is not with the firewall.
