For the price format problem with the Japanese yen futures, we needed to update another symbol settings file for Interactive Brokers. This is now done. You will need to update the Symbol Settings following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After that reconnect to the data feed using the commands on the File menu. And then re-download all the data again. And I also have a problem with cancelling those orders. I can cancel them only manually in TWS. Also if I try to flatten via SC my position (successfully), the bracket orders remain working in TWS (orders that have been attached to a market order). Could you please check it out? This is going to be an Interactive Brokers problem. They are not providing the necessary order update to Sierra Chart. We are 100% certain this is on the Interactive Broker side.accordingly cancelled via SC limit orders are successfully cancelled in TWS, but remained in "pending cancel" status for some time in SC. No change for all other problems. - TWS doesn't accept trailing stop or stop-limit bracket orders sent via SC and attaches stop or stop-limit orders instead This is correct. The way that Sierra Chart works with these order types is it manages the trailing stop orders. There is no other possibility. The only possibility is for Sierra Chart to manage the trailing stop orders.
