Figured it out, thanks to User465507 Who posted the following: "I noticed I have no issue connecting when using SC Data - All services" Ref support thread ID: 39604 Somehow (I assume I accidentally did this), my settings for Data Trade Service Settings changed from SC Data to BitMex (but I didn't configure it with my account info) |
