Ok sorry for giving out conflicting information. Like we said, we don't really set these fees and we weren't paying close enough attention to what we have actually written ourselves. That information was written a while ago and verified with our vendor of record. If that is what it says, then that would be true. And anyone doing otherwise, is not complying with CME rules.
