We are looking at this post in disbelief. There simply should not be any problem here whatsoever. It appears as though you are expecting something which is not supported. You need to use the scrollbar at the bottom of the chart to scroll back in time. You can also press the Home key to go to the beginning of the chart. You will find that when Days to Load is set to 0 all of the available data is going to be loaded in the chart and you will find when you press the Home key and go to the beginning of the chart you will see data back to 1993.
