You have installed Sierra Chart into the wrong folder: C:\Users\User\Desktop You need to delete that installation from your desktop. But if you have been using it, then you need to take a copy of your Chartbook files in the Data subfolder. You need to install Sierra Chart to C:\SierraChart.
