Thanks for the response. I am trying to stay on version 1865 but when I try to reinstall this version I am getting the error message; error saving downloaded files to local system. I have sent the log to support (my email **). I don't know if it's of relevance; but the issue that I am trying to rectify relating to the missing sierrachartstudies.dll is only occurring in a sub instance, using the data feed of the main instance.
