The option to display the Quantity values after the Last Bar only works when the option for Display Market Depth Quantities After Last Bar is set to Yes. These two settings are linked together. This is explained here: Market Depth Historical Graph: Show Quantity Numbers Keep in mind the option for Display Market Depth Quantities After Last Bar is only displaying the values for the most recent bar.
