TS Support: I understand my SC account through my broker is a "trial account" and that I am limited to historical data of 200 downloads/day. You have clarified this in your links above as the primary reason why I can not achieve historic chart data pre-2015. Having followed your instructions above my initial challenge remains, I can not achieve historic data up to 7000 days. I currently now am limited to approx 12/27/15 for my monthly historic charts. My most recent message log is attached and indicates 2 primary repeating outcomes for historic charts (example symbol SI): 1/ Unable to determine transition date based on volume from files: SIN15.dly, SIU15.dly | 2019-03-11 10:04:05, 2/The SIU15.dly symbol may not be the active contract month. | 2019-03-11 10:04:05 Kindly advise. |
