If you want to look at ES futures in real time you activated the wrong exchange.

You need to activate one of the CME Group exchanges:

You also need to connect to your Interactive Brokers account as explained here:

How do you come to this conclusion?

In addition, when I open the Sierra software, it appears as a demo account and not as a regular account despite the update I made.
