This is very very unusual that an increasing market data rate is causing an actual freezing condition. This is not a normal characteristic of Sierra Chart at all. So there must be something else going on. It might even be a system specific issue causing the problem.

Make sure you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >>Log Real-Time Market Data Messages set to False.

In addition, refer to help topic 30 to resolve the issue:
