Thinking about this some more, the best way for us to help with the problem, is to get a Chartbook with a single chart that demonstrates the issue. We should have asked for that earlier. Because otherwise, we don't know what the problem is. The Chartbook can be attached here. When you choose Left for the horizontal alignment, it does not mean far left.
